Founder & Director
Chad has previously worked for a number of large corporates. Having started Chilli, he is committed to using his experience and the latest technology to help small business owners achieve their goals.

When time permits, Chad can be found educating his son on the finer points of the perfect cover drive, seeking out the best of new music, or hanging out with friends and family (preferably with a beer in hand and a BBQ on the go).

Founder
Gemma is co-founder with Chad. After having previously worked for several large organisations, she decided there was another way. Fuelled with the desire to help small business owners survive and grow, Chilli was born!

When not fighting the good fight with Chilli, Gemma spends her time indulging in her love for craft beer, travelling to the far corners of the earth, or just catching up on Netflix.
